[업무]
- Manages division financial close and forecast, including analysis of key business drivers, expenses and development and timely communication of risks and opportunities
- Manages the completion of monthly reporting package and provision of performance information and variance analysis.
- Budget Planning on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis including capital budget
- Strategy Planning& Analysis Supporting strategic planning & analysis
- Identify impacts on US GAAP based financials and determine US GAAP based accounting treatments communicating with CFO, Accounting Manager and US headquarter
- Understand statutory requirements and build plans to enhance the company’s capabilities to satisfy/exceed the requirements
- Develop a financial forecast of the company and/or its new plan.
- Perform detailed financial analysis to assist CFO with monthly/quarterly CFO review
- Support month-end close and prepare monthly financial projections and analysis
- Coordinate with the various teams during planning and forecasting
- Coordinate with US FP&A team on financial control, projections, bottom-line accountabilities
- Coordinate with any systems or business integrations such as new system/initiatives
- Monitor and analyze business trends to identify and recommend actions to senior team
- Assist CFO with special projects as required
- Analyze, document and support critical financial statement components such as reserves and deferred assets
- Analyze product pricing structure as well as reserving methods
- Assist with all financial integration and automation efforts
[자격요건]
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Over _10_ years of finance related experience and over _3_years experience of FP&A
- Good knowledge of overall FP&A
- Excellent in planning and analysis skills
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with customers and supporters
- Fluently in English (written and oral)
- Good at building relationship with people at all levels of position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Broad understanding of all the different areas of finance
